If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase, we will gladly accept your return under the following conditions:
- Must be accompanied by the original receipt or a gift receipt.
- Must be clean, unworn, unwashed and be in sellable condition.
- All tags, panty-liners and straps must be intact.
- We cannot accept any goods that are worn, damaged or altered from their original condition.
- Repackage your exchange/return securely: Please reuse the box, bag, and tissue you received with your order to prevent any damage or excessive wrinkling during transport due to improper packaging.
- Include one copy of the web order invoice in your package. write clearly either returns or exchange department on your package. We urge you to insure the package, if for some reason we don’t receive the package we cannot exchange or return your purchase unless it has been insured.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you would like to receive a return label, e-mail email@example.com. The return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Allow approximately one week for delivery of your exchange /return package. We will refund the credit card used to make your purchase within 5 days of receipt of return. It generally takes 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- All returns must be received by us within 14 days from the day you received your package.
